吴奥丽，博士，山东大学药学院副研究员。2014年6月获中南大学应用化学专业理学学士学位，2019年6月获山东大学物理化学专业理学博士学位。2019年7月至2021年8月在中国科学院化学研究所进行博士后研究。2021年8月至今在山东大学药学院担任副研究员。

主要从事超分子组装材料的制备及其在生物医药领域的应用：以两性双亲分子或者短肽作为基本的组装基元，利用超分子组装策略构筑多种有序分子聚集体（胶束、囊泡、液晶、纤维、纳米颗粒等），通过外部刺激响应调控组装与解组装，探究其组装机理，并应用于药物可控释放和仿生功能材料的构筑。

主持中国博士后创新人才支持计划项目，中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目，中国科学院特别研究助理资助项目。参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项。发表SCI学术论文27篇。荣获2019年度东方胶化杯全国胶体化学研究生优秀成果奖二等奖，2020年度博士后创新人才支持计划优秀创新成果。
