李连,博士,山东大学药学院副研究员,硕士研究生导师。主要研究领域包括:(1)基于振动光谱的药物生产过程关键质量属性在线表征的基础理论与应用研究;(2)基于振动光谱的药物筛选与评价技术研究。其中,在药物生产过程分析方面,开展基于近红外光谱、中红外光谱以及拉曼光谱的药物生产过程中关键质量属性的表征及融合表征研究;在药物提取、浓缩等环节,开展基于水光谱技术的提取过程、浓缩等过程的质量可视化表征研究;在药物筛选与评价方面,主要开展基于无标记振动光谱的快速评价研究。
基于以上研究方向,近5年来先后主持国家自然基金青年基金1项、国家重点研发计划子课题1项、中国博士后科学基金面上基金1项、山东省博士后创新基金1项,参与国家重大新药创制专项、山东省重大创新工程等多项国家级、省部级课题。研究成果在Carbohydrate Polymer,Materials Science and Engineering: C,International Journal of Molecular Sciences,Spectrochimica Acta Part A: Molecular and Biomolecular Spectroscopy等杂志发表,参与授权发明专利10余项,软件著作权1项。多次在近红外光谱学术会议做报告,获得2019年国际近红外光谱学会John Shenk Travel Grants,2021年The 4th Aquaphotomics International Symposium最佳墙报奖。在中国科协项目中主要承担近红外光谱分析技术在制药过程中应用的分析方法、药典相应要求的方法解读等科普性工作。
